Phat Boyz
Well I had to put Phat Boyz at the top of the list. We can't stop at Green Top's with out stopping in at Phat Boyz or is it the other way around. If you like BBQ & ribs it's a must stop. And it's hard to beat the baked beans and coleslaw. When you pull into the parking lot and the aroma from the outdoor pit with that savory smell hits you, if not hungry you soon will be. Located 6 miles north of Richmond VA just off I-95, north of Virginia Center Commons, about 30 miles from Deep Bottom Ramp. Let me tell you it's worth the drive and the bonus is Green Top's is next door. Open 7 days with shorter hours on Sunday.

Carini Italian Restaurant
Carini's is more than just pasta and sauce. You'll find everything from pizza of every kind and description, over 20 appetizer selections, 16 house specialties, seafood, chicken and veal. Carini's menu is characterized by creative use of fresh, basic ingredients combined in a unique Sicilian-Italian style. "A" rated by Richmond Times Dispatch and frinds a like. A frind had the Spaghetti alla Giosue, meat sauce, sausage, meatball, pepperoni, mushrooms covered in a baked cheese. His comment "Good stuff!"
Only about 12 miles from Depp Bottom Ramp, Open 7 days and may need reservations on weekends.
